On Saturday, January 12, from 11am-1pm, Mine Kill State Park will be sponsoring a bald eagle survey.
Participants will hike to look for eagles near known eagle habitat in the park, and will count the number of eagles that they see.
Mine Kill State Park is located just off Route 30 in North Blenheim at 161 Mine Kill Road.
Participants will meet at the Park Office, and are expected to dress appropriately for the weather, wear sturdy shoes, and should bring binoculars if they own any.
