You can win cash and prizes and have fun at the same time by playing Times-Journal Trivia Mania.
The T-J’s first-ever trivia contest starts this week and is on page 24.
Trivia Mania features 10 questions on various topics––movies, history and more––and the questions range in difficulty.
The Times-Journal is offering $50 to the winner, who’ll also receive gift certificates from local businesses.
If there’s a tie among contestants, one entry will be drawn at random to be the winner.
Although most T-J contests allow five days to submit entries, Trivia Mania gives more time. Answers aren’t due in the T-J office until next Friday, April 16, at 4:30 pm.
Trivia Mania will be published the first week of every month. T-J proofreader and historian Pete Lindemann is in charge of trivia questions.
The first winner will be announced in the April 21 issue. The April 28 T-J will promote the second Trivia Mania, which will be in the May 5 edition.
